It is officially spring and Nashville Kettlebell has  moved back into the Great Outdoors. We have one evening and one morning outdoor class in the books for 2010 and we are geared up for sunshine and swings!

What did we do?

Yesterday’s evening circuit looked like this:

  1. Split squats, rear leg elevated
  2. One arm Kettlebell row
  3. FMS pushup walkout/ plank

3 rounds

Swings-Circle of Love/Wheel of Pain-10 rounds

KBs arranged in a circle of random sizes ranging from 12kg to 24kg. 20 sec work, 15 sec transition to the next kettlebell. Swing, step to the left, repeat.
