I apologize for not getting a new blog done for the past few weeks. I went BACK to Italy because
A. It's that awesome, and
B. We had the first ever Italian StrongFirst Girya certification.
Getting to work alongside Fabio, James Breese and of course, our Pavel was a blast, the attendees brought it and it was truly a StrongFirst weekend.

It was also a special trip because I got to take Mandy along with me and it happened to fall on her birthday. This is her epic birthday cake made of creme puffs and caramel.

This was also the first SFG certification to include a live Rock and Roll band during the Grad workout on Sunday. They let me sit on and rock out for a couple of songs....
