Earlier this week everyone went though a variation of this circuit:

Alternating KB floor press- :45 work/:20 rest/rotate

Deck Squat -:45 work/:20 rest/rotate

Pushup to elbow plank- :45 work/:20 rest/rotate

Brief rest

Swings (or deadlifts) in the Circle of Pain-:20 work/:20 rest for 12 minutes, weights ranging from 16kg to 48kg.
